Laura Parker, CPE

Senior Pre-Construction Manager | Chief Estimator

Laura Parker has been in the construction industry for 40 years. Her primary focus is in estimating and pre-construction and construction management. She was certified as a Professional Estimator in 1980 by the American Society of Professional Estimators. Laura is experienced in all facets of construction performing duties such as site feasibility studies, preparation of all phases of estimates from conceptual through final bidding, and preliminary scheduling, among many others. Laura has served as chief estimator/construction manager on numerous multimillion dollar projects in a breadth of areas. Specializing in large, complex projects, Laura oversees project estimates and negotiations with various owners and agencies.
