Steve Guiliano

Project Superintendent

Steve Guiliano has worked in the construction industry since 1978. He began as an apprentice carpenter and worked his way through foreman positions, culminating with his rise to superintendent and project manager. Steve has a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of new construction, tenant improvement, and modernizations. He has the unique ability and experience to professionally manage special requirements. These range from day-to-day field construction conditions, to those of the owner/occupants of schools, universities, retail spaces and entertainment. Steve takes pride in his ability to manage and oversee projects to completion and makes job site safety and overall quality his number one and two priorities on the job site.
