An OSHPD regulated (11,582 s.f.) addition to an existing building for a 56-bed skilled nursing facility incorporating the latest in inpatient care.  Work consisted of Type 5 1-hour sprinkler construction, dining room, recreation room, nurses’ stations, single and double occupancy patient rooms, and medical gas systems. Various site work included landscape, roads, and parking.
