The project consisted of four new classrooms, two restroom buildings, and related site improvements for the San Pasqual Valley Unified School District’s high school, middle school, and elementary school sites. Each classroom building (6,220 sq. ft.) contains five educational classrooms and gendered restrooms per ADA standards (834 sq. ft.). Construction improvements were made on the district sites as follows:

High School – 1 classroom building & 1 restroom building
Middle School – 1 classroom
Elementary 2 classrooms & 1 restroom.
